Iberostar, real estate division of the Spanish company Iberostar, said that in the next 4 years will invest 400 million dollars in the construction of two tourist developments, located in the Riviera Maya and Riviera Nayarit.



The complex is located in the state of Quintana Roo, named Paradise Beach, will have an area of 68 hectares, where there will be 15 villas and 240 apartments, which will generate 300 direct jobs, said Gimeno Dolphin, director of Iberostate in Mexico.



The construction of this development started this year and is expected to be completed by late 2014.



With respect to the Nayarit Riviera complex, located in the project Litibú, will feature 13 apartments and 33 villas and buildings completed in the third quarter of 2014.
