The National Fund for Tourism Development (Fonatur) convenes national engineering companies to participate in the development of an integrated urban engineering project in Sinaloa.
The Pacific Coast Tourism Development will be held in the municipality of Escuinapa, Sinaloa, and aims to develop an area of 265 hectares, which will form part of the third stage of the Integrally Planned Pacific Coast Center.
This study should present topography of roads, signs, introduction of drainage system, drinking water, electrification groundwater and land surveying, among others.
The ultimate goal of this project is to use lots of residential, commercial and hotel use to increase the hotel supply of Fonatur.
This tender considers the invitation of at least three participants.
Deadline for submission of economic proposals is August 22nd with tender number CPPU-0901/11-S-01 and dossier 54 109.
